About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the hillsides of Bassa Atesina, where the vineyards receive abundant sunshine and fresh breezes. The vines are 3–50 years old and are planted in clay soils containing limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in barriques, followed by six months in steel vats and a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
