About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hillsides around Magre and Cortaccia. The vineyards receive plentiful sunshine and fresh breezes. The vines range from 3 to 50 years old and are planted in loamy soils with a high chalk content.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, and the juice is clarified naturally by gravity before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in barrels, followed by six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Serving and pairing
Pair with appetisers, meat dishes or seafood.
