About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The vineyards at Glener grow on soils combining clay, limestone and porphyry.

Vinification

The grapes are crushed and fermented with their skins in stainless-steel tanks for 10 days at a constant 26–28 °C. The wine then undergoes two gentle filtrations.

Ageing

Part of the wine matures in barriques for 10 months.

Tasting profile

Elegant and balanced, with well-integrated elements and a harmonious character.

Label / history

The label depicts Glener’s decommissioned railway bridge, a local symbol overlooking the vineyards of Bolzano and the South Tyrolean lowlands.
