About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a small 3 ha vineyard in the village of St. Magdalena in Bolzano. The vineyard occupies sunny, steep, south-facing slopes with sandy soil.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented on their skins at 28–30 °C for 10–14 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for 6–8 months.
Label / history
A Tibetan-style tower stands at the centre of the vineyard and is depicted on the label.
