About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese is grown in the estate’s vineyards in Tuscany. A favourable climate and careful vine tending allow the grapes to ripen in healthy condition.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, usually in the second half of September. After pressing, they ferment in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 26–28 °C for 14 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
