About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the limestone soils of southern Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged for two months in stainless steel tanks.

Fresh, with an authentic character.
