About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Pinot Grigio comes from the estate vineyards. The deep soils developed over pebbles, silt and sand and contain small-sized stones. Vines are trained to a high-cordon system.
Grapes
100% Pinot Grigio.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats at a controlled 13–15°C.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees for approximately three months.
Technical data
The 2025 vintage has 12.5% alcohol and is available in 0.75-litre bottles.
Tasting profile
Pale straw yellow. An intense, floral nose brings together apple, peach and citrus in a harmonious bouquet. The palate is fresh and savoury, with a persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Pair with light fish dishes or white meats.
Vintage notes
A rainy start to spring in 2025 supported shoot growth and replenished soil-water reserves. The first summer months were dry and considerably warmer than average. Rain from late August into early September, alternating with dry and sunny days, prevented excessive ripening. The Pinot Grigio harvest began on 19 August.
Label / history
The wine page dates the first vintage to 1988, while the 2025 technical sheet gives 1982.
