About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the end of September. They undergo brief skin contact and ferment in stainless-steel tanks for two weeks at no more than 16 °C.

Highly aromatic and fresh, with sufficient acidity.

Suitable as an aperitif.
Vintage notes
In 2010, sufficient rainfall and moderate temperatures created ideal harvest conditions, allowing the grapes to retain their aromas and acidity.
