The grapes grow on hillsides in southern Tuscany. The soils are rich in limestone and well drained.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The must is fermented at low temperatures.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled almost immediately, to preserve its fresh aroma and clean taste.
