About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate’s vineyards in the Asti region.
Vinification
Following the harvest, the grapes undergo traditional vinification, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 24–25 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless steel vats until the following spring, when it is bottled.
