About this wine
Vinification
Immediately after harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. The juice is settled, filtered and held in refrigerated tanks until fermentation. Fermentation takes place in autoclaves at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, a technique intended to preserve the grapes’ full range of aromas and create a light natural sparkle.
Tasting profile
Although considered a still wine, it has a natural liveliness and is easy-drinking.
Label / history
The label was designed by the artist Alessandro Luppano (1925–2000).
