About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from the 0.12 ha Grign plot within the Bricco Boschis cru. The vineyard faces west and southwest, and yields do not exceed 66 hL/ha.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and fully destemmed. Fermentation takes place in vertical, temperature-controlled tanks at no more than 29 °C, using indigenous yeasts from the grape skins. Semi-submerged maceration lasts five days, with periodic stirring during alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is completed for 80% of the wine.

Ageing

The wine matures for 12 months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by six months in bottle.
