History
The Cavallotto family has owned Tenuta Bricco Boschis since 1928. In 1946 the family began vinifying all estate fruit, and in 1948 released the first Barolo under its own label.
Terroir
The 25 ha of contiguous estate vineyards include the Bricco Boschis and Vignolo crus. Soils combine calcareous marl and sand.
Winemaking
The estate owns all vineyards it farms and uses integrated agriculture with organic practices.
The winery is divided into four sections carved into the hillside. Wines are produced with methods developed for the Bricco Boschis microclimate.
