Vinification
An organic Ice cava made in a comparatively dry style with less sugar. Its expedition liqueur incorporates organic vermouth. The bottle is presented without a plastic sleeve.
Tasting profile
Pale lemon with greenish tones. Citrus, green-fruit and tropical-fruit aromas shape the nose. The palate opens pleasantly, with fresh acidity and lively, well-integrated bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Serve in a wine glass over two ice cubes. It can be customised with a mint leaf, a slice of peach or another garnish to taste.
