The Syrah is organically grown in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, from late September to early October. Traditional red-wine vinification includes maceration and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Production follows environmentally responsible principles, including careful water use and renewable energy.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in neutral vessels.
