About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards have clay-limestone soils, which support full, healthy ripening of the bunches.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and machine at optimal ripeness. After destemming, they undergo an eight-hour cold maceration before pressing. Fermentation lasts eight days at 16–19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for no more than three months.
