About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Val delle Rose vineyards at 150 m above sea level, on quartz-rich sandy soils.
Grapes
Merlot is complemented by a small proportion of Cabernet Franc.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 15 days at temperatures not exceeding 25 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
