About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grow in vineyards with quartz-rich sandy soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first week of September. At the winery, they undergo extended maceration, including 10 days on the skins, and a seven-day fermentation at 25 °C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in second- and third-use oak barrels and in stainless steel vats.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with an appealing fruity aroma and flavour.
