About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 150 m above sea level on soils composed of silica, quartz and sand.
Grapes
Sangiovese is blended with other local red grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 28 °C for 15 days, with skin maceration under controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by two months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Expressive and elegant, with an appealing fruity aroma and flavour.
