About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Val delle Rose vineyards planted on stony, sandy soils at 150 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 15 days at temperatures no higher than 26 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in barriques, followed by eight months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.

Cecchi acquired the Val delle Rose estate in 1996.
