About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on sandy soils, with yields limited to 1 kg per vine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of September. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for around 15 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in 500-litre barrels for 10 months, followed by 12 months in bottle.
