The Nebbiolo comes from a dedicated vineyard and from buffer rows bordering vineyards farmed non-organically by other producers.

Ageing
The wine matures for approximately 14 months in second-use French oak barriques, followed by at least 2 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Ruby red tending toward garnet, with violet reflections. The nose is characteristically fruity, with sweet fruit aromas. The palate is dry, velvety and harmonious; its restrained tannins are balanced by acidity.

Suggested pairings include cured meats, filled pasta and roast meats.
