Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The must is clarified and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks before undergoing a second fermentation.

Elegant and gently sparkling, with the low pressure characteristic of the Italian Frizzante style.
Label / history
Cleto Chiarli founded the company in 1860 after managing Trattoria dell’Artigliere in central Modena, where he made Lambrusco for regular guests. Its popularity encouraged him to begin producing the wine for wider sale. In 2002, Mauro and Anselmo Chiarli decided to build a new winery at the Azienda Agricola Castelvetro estate. The facility has produced Lambrusco under the “Cleto Chiarli” brand since 2003. The family owns more than 90 ha of vineyards in the Lambrusco DOC production area.
