The grapes are grown in Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and selected before traditional vinification, with temperature control throughout production. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
The floral nose is elegant. The palate is fruity and balanced, with light mineral notes.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetizers, white meat, fruit and desserts.
