About this wine
Grapes
Equal parts Pignoletto and Chardonnay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. Secondary fermentation occurs in sealed pressurized tanks, with sugar and yeast added to the base wine.
Tasting profile
Refreshing and light in texture, with a generous stream of bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with fish, seafood, white meat, appetizers and vegetable salads.
