About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown in the company’s vineyards in the Rubicone region.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The must is clarified, then fermented in steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. A second fermentation produces the wine’s low-pressure sparkle.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, with a gentle sparkle.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetisers or fish dishes.
