Label / history
Cleto Chiarli founded the company in 1860 after managing Trattoria dell’Artigliere in central Modena, where he had made Lambrusco for regular customers. The Chiarli family owns more than 90 ha of vineyards in the Lambrusco DOC production area.
In 2002, Mauro and Anselmo Chiarli decided to build a new winery at Azienda Agricola Castelvetro. The facility has produced Lambrusco under the Cleto Chiarli brand since 2003.
