About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and processed quickly. Maceration lasts 10–12 days, deepening colour and structure. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation, which brings balance and softness.
Ageing
The wine spends 1 year in oak barrels, which adds depth and spicy notes and rounds out the tannins. It then develops further in bottle, allowing its complexity to unfold gradually.
Tasting profile
Rich, layered and expressive, with a structured character. The nose and palate show red berry and cherry, hints of rose and violet, and touches of spice, with bright acidity. The palate is complex, with firm yet soft, well-integrated tannins. It combines finesse, elegance, structure and easy-drinking appeal.
