About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the Euganean Hills in Veneto. The area has a mild climate and volcanic soils, which help preserve the grapes’ freshness and expressive character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The base wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation follows in sealed tanks using the Charmat method, retaining pure fruit aromas, an airy texture and fine, persistent bubbles.
Tasting profile
Fresh, light and airy, with aromas of green apple, white flowers and citrus. The palate combines delicate fruit, lively acidity, elegant lightness, a touch of minerality and a clean fruit profile.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with light appetisers, seafood and soft cheeses.
