About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Produced in Veneto as part of the Cavaliere d’Oro collection, which brings together wines from selected Italian wine regions.

Grapes

85% Glera and 15% other white-berried grapes.

Vinification

The grapes undergo white-wine vinification with gentle pressing, selected yeasts and temperature-controlled fermentation. The still base wine is stored in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 8°C until the prise de mousse. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves at 18°C for approximately 30 days, producing the wine’s bubbles. The finished wine is made in a Brut style.

Tasting profile

A floral fragrance accompanies ripe mango and honey notes. The medium-bodied palate has frothy bubbles, low perceived acidity and a pronounced tropical-fruit character. The finish is long, juicy and mouthwatering. The official 2022 VinePair note additionally describes a balanced nose with rich, creamy aromas, green apple and lemon-zest flavours, supported by soft bubbles.

Serving and pairing

A traditional sparkling wine for toasting.

Vintage notes

The 2022 vintage received 90 points from VinePair.
