About this wine
Grapes
Glera together with other varieties permitted by the Prosecco production regulations.
Vinification
The grapes undergo low-temperature fermentation to retain their aromatic character. Secondary fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks using an extended Charmat method, intended to develop creaminess and structure. Some residual sugar is retained to balance freshness with a smooth texture.
Technical data
Prosecco DOC, demi-sec and non-vintage. Alcohol is 10% vol.; bottle size is 0.75 L.
Tasting profile
Bright straw yellow with elegant bubbles. Ripe pear, white peach and acacia blossom shape the aroma. The palate is silky, sweet and refreshing, with citrus and honeyed-apple notes. The finish is crisp.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C, preferably over ice. Pair with fresh fruit, summer salads or light seafood appetizers.
