About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Bardolino area of the province of Verona, on south-facing hillsides with loose, clay-rich morainic soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation and skin maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks.
