About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on hillsides with limestone soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and undergo a brief maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for six months.
