About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the 2 ha Cascina Cottignano vineyard in Bramaterra.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place with wild yeasts in cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in second- and third-use oak barrels, followed by six months in cement vats and a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
