About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the 1.2 ha Pizzaguerra vineyard in Lessona.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented with wild yeasts in cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in old oak barrels, followed by six months in cement vats and a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
