About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the “Cascina Cottignano” vineyard, whose soils consist of yellow porphyritic sand.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place with wild yeasts in cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 11 months in second- and third-use oak barrels.
