About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Contarini’s own 12 hectares of vineyards. The Alps shelter the vineyards from cold northern winds, while breezes from the Adriatic Sea bring warmth.
Vinification
Following traditional vinification, the must undergoes a second fermentation under pressure in sealed autoclaves using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Lively bubbles accompany an inviting, bright varietal aroma. The palate is light, gently sweet and creamy in texture, with a refined, pleasant character.
Serving and pairing
Serve as an aperitif, with elegant appetizers, or as a base for cocktails.
