About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in the Prosecco area.
Vinification
The harvested grapes are carefully selected, and only the best berries are used. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in sealed pressure tanks using the Italian Charmat method.

Elegant and fresh, with delicate floral and honeyed aromas.

Suitable as an aperitif.
Label / history
The name “Collinobili” literally means “hilly” and refers to the landscape from which the range’s wines originate.
