About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hillsides with gravelly, limestone soils.
Vinification
Harvest runs from mid-September to mid-October. The grapes are then dried and pressed, and the must is fermented at low temperatures.
Ageing
The wine ages in two stages: three years in tonneaux, then several months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Full-bodied.
Label / history
The wine is not made every year. Each release is limited to no more than 2000 bottles.
