About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on hills in the Roncà area, where the soils are predominantly volcanic.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early September and placed in small crates. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 20 days, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for three months.
