About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from vineyards in Marano di Valpolicella, Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella and San Pietro in Cariano.

Grapes

Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella with other local varieties: Molinara, Dindarella and Croatina.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation and skin contact last 10 days.

Ageing

The wine matures for four months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by three months in bottle.

Technical data

Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Bottle format: 750 ml.

Tasting profile

Bright ruby red, with fresh fruit aromas recalling cherry, sour cherry and plum. The palate is savoury, harmonious, full-bodied and balanced. Its youthful, approachable character is intended for early enjoyment rather than prolonged maturation.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 14–16 °C with pasta, risotto or white meats.
