About this wine
Vinification
The two varieties are vinified separately and blended only after fermentation. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with the aim of retaining the grapes’ fragrant character.
Ageing
The wine is stored in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and aged for four months in total, including one month in bottle.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is complex, combining the distinctive aromas and flavours of both varieties harmoniously.
Label / history
The wine resulted in part from research conducted with the university in Viterbo.
