About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines average 8–10 years of age.
Vinification
Before pressing, the grapes undergo a decanting step. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 18–20 °C to preserve the grape aromas.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for four months, followed by several more months in bottle.
