About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vines aged 30–40 years.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in cement tanks, with 10 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in oak barriques, followed by 8 months in bottle before release.

Pairs especially well with hearty meat dishes.
