About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from 20–30-year-old vines growing at approximately 400 m above sea level in Basilicata, on volcanic soils. These conditions promote concentration and natural freshness.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo traditional vinification, including eight days of maceration to develop colour, aromatic intensity and structure.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in large oak casks, softening its tannins and adding depth while preserving its vibrant varietal character.
Tasting profile
Concentrated fruit and aromatic intensity are supported by well-defined structure, refined depth, natural freshness and softened tannins.
Serving and pairing
Pair with hearty dinners and meat dishes.
