Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on high hillside sites in the communes of Miane and Farra di Soligo.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected before undergoing a traditional sparkling-wine fermentation process. Secondary fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks using the Martinotti method.

Label / history
The family-run De Faveri winery was founded in 1978 by Lucio and Mirella De Faveri. Their children, Giorgia and Giordano, subsequently continued the family's winemaking tradition. The winery combines modern technology with established methods in its sparkling-wine production.
