About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Decordi’s own vineyards.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation by the Charmat method in sealed, pressurized tanks, with sugar and yeast added to the base wine. This process preserves the fruit’s original aromas and freshness.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers, fish dishes and seafood.
