About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in Veneto, northeastern Italy. The Dolomites shelter the vineyards from cold northerly winds, while winds from the Adriatic Sea bring sufficient rainfall from the south, particularly in summer. Marked differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures help the grapes develop rich aromas.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and undergo brief skin contact, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. A second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method.

The range is named after the winery’s founders, the Decordi family, and comprises still and sparkling wines intended to reflect the character and potential of nine Italian wine regions.
