About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Veneto, northeastern Italy. The Dolomites shield the vineyards from cold northerly winds, while winds from the Adriatic Sea bring rainfall from the south, particularly in summer. Marked day–night temperature differences encourage aromatic development during ripening.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and undergo brief skin contact followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation uses the Charmat method.

The range is named after the winery’s founders, the Decordi family, and encompasses still and sparkling wines representing nine Italian wine regions.
