About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Veneto. The region’s mild climate, warm sunshine and cool nights preserve bright acidity and fruity aromas.
Vinification
A second fermentation takes place by the Charmat method in large, temperature-controlled steel tanks rather than in bottle. This preserves the wine’s primary aromas and freshness while producing a soft mousse.
Tasting profile
Lively, fresh and bright, with pear and apple aromas, a light citrus note and fine bubbles. The mousse is soft and approachable.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with light dishes.
